  1. SEBI released a circular mandating disclosure of registration details by regulated entities and their agents on social media platforms.
  2. MCA designated Registrar of Companies as adjudicating officers to adjudicate and impose penalties on LLPs for statutory non-compliances.
  3. MCA launched the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 permitting companies to clear filing defaults at 10% additional fees.
  4. RBI amended MSME lending directions, mandating collateral-free loans up to INR 20 lakh.
  5. IFSCA notified amendments to Fund Management Regulations, streamlining eligibility and experience criteria for key managerial personnel.
  6. FEMA (Export and Import of Currency) Regulation was amended to establish guidelines on currency declaration.
  7. FEMA (Borrowing and Lending) Regulation was amended to revise ECB framework and restrict end-use of funds.
  8. IBBI introduced structural reforms to strengthen the valuation and information disclosure framework under the IBC.
  9. Supreme Court held that IBC cannot be the governing law for restructuring ownership and control of telecom spectrum.
  10. Supreme Court ruled that parallel CIRP against debtor and guarantor for same debt is allowed under the IBC.
  11. Supreme Court held that pendente lite purchasers cannot resist execution of arbitral decrees, since it would defeat statutory framework.
  12. NCLT clarified that regulatory compliance necessary for foreign remittances does not exempt corporate debtor of its liability under IBC.
